HIRE SUSPENSION & CHRISTMAS OPENING 2023

With Christmas just around the corner, it is time for you to submit your Hire Suspension Requests*.

By requesting Hire Suspension for the equipment you have on-hire over this period, it means:

• Your hire rates are on hold during the Hire Suspension period.
• You don’t need to worry about arranging multiple collections and re-delivery of equipment in the New Year.

The Hire Suspension period runs between 25 December 2023 and 1 January 2024.

Don’t forget to check the key dates below, including the last dates for off-hires and collections and our end-of-year opening hours:

FRIDAY 8th DECEMBER 2023
Last date for off-hires with guaranteed collection before Christmas.

MONDAY 18th DECEMBER 2023
Last day for orders for 2023.

TUESDAY 19th DECEMBER 2023
Last day for deliveries and collections in 2023.

FRIDAY 22nd DECEMBER 2023
Phones remain open until 12pm to take orders for deliveries for the 2nd January 2024 onwards.

TUESDAY 2nd JANUARY 2024
THX re-opens at 6am and deliveries commence.

*Please note that Hire Suspension does not include Cross Hire Items or product lines that are used to secure sites and equipment (for example, fencing and site storage). Hire equipment remains your responsibility during Hire Suspension period. Terms and Conditions
