Hire Contracts

Our Live Hire Contracts Map enables you to see all your hire contracts in a handy map view. The Hire Contracts Map makes managing costs even easier with its at-a-glance, real-time hire summary of key information by live Sites:
- Number of Live Contracts
- Current weekly open hire rate
- Total Invoiced hires
- Pending Off-hires
Table View with Hire Duration Tool
You can also view all your Hire Contracts on one page in a convenient table format.
Intuitive search and filtering allows you to quickly find all your contracts in the way that suits you. You can search and filter by:
- On-hire date
- Contract Number
- PO Number
- Site Address
- Off Hire Date
- Fleet Number
In addition, our innovative Hire Duration tool provides a visual traffic light system to help you manage your on-hire status durations.
You set the limits for the duration of your open hires – hires change from green to red, alerting you to hires exceeding the limit you set – another great way to help you keep on top of your costs.
You can also set yourself off hire reminders, request exchanges, and off hire equipment.
Hire Contract Detail
Drill down into the full detail of individual Hire Contracts. All the information relating to that hire contract is clearly detailed. You can:
- View all items on hire
- View fleet numbers
- Order items again
- View and download inspection certificates and instruction manuals
- View tracking information
- View proof of delivery and proof of collection images
