what are we looking for?
The Digital & Performance Lead will be responsible for owning the website content & development roadmap, social media channels, content-platform performance, SEO strategy and web analytics. This is a key role in bridging brand and performance, ensuring our digital channels deliver measurable business results and insights for continuous improvement.
what will you be doing?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead website development road mapping: architecture, user experience (UX), conversion optimisation and ongoing enhancements.
- Manage social media channel strategy and execution: channel planning, community management, paid social (if applicable), content management.
- Oversee content/media platforms (blogs, video, podcasts, platform-partners) in partnership with the Marketing Exec & Content & Copy Lead.
- Develop and implement SEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page, off-page, backlink strategy) to drive organic growth.
- Set up, monitor and report web and digital channel analytics (traffic, conversions, user journeys, attribution).
- Collaborate with agencies or freelancers when required (web developers, SEO specialists, social media contractors). • Define & monitor KPIs for digital & performance channels, provide regular insight reports to the Marketing Manager and wider team.
- Work cross-functionally with Content & Copy, Email & Nurture and Lead Generation teams to align digital efforts with lead generation and brand objectives.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and tools; recommend innovations that can give THX a competitive edge.
what we would like to see:
Essential experience, skills & attributes for the role:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing / performance roles, ideally B2B or industrial sector.
- Proven experience in website management/development (UX, CMS, conversion optimisation).
- Strong SEO knowledge and track record of improving organic metrics.
- amiliarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.).
- Good project management skills: able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, deliver to deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insight.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable experience, skills & attributes for the role:
- Experience in B2B construction/industrial sector marketing.
- Familiarity with paid digital media (SEM, social ads) though not primary.
- Knowledge of emerging digital tools, automation, AI-driven analytics.
- Experience working with agencies or external development partners
