The Viega Press-In Connector Kit is suitable for thick-walled steel pipes with dimensions between 1½” and 6″.

The press-in branch connector generates a threaded connection in pipelines. Particularly suitable for confined spaces, e.g. manifold installations for sensors, thermometers, or drains. The press-in branch connector is not suitable for use in drinking water installations.

It is not permitted to use the press-in branch connector for fuel gases pursuant to DVGW Worksheet G 260 or in connection with Prestabo system components.

Key Features

For mounting the press-in branch connector, you need the following machines: Power drill / hammer drill, Press machine, Suction device (e.g. vacuum cleaner), Marking Pen, Ring or Fork Spanner (27mm), Ring or Fork Spanner (32mm), Screwdriver, Wire Brush, Sanding Paper (grade 180), Pile Pliers (if applicable).
